I've been busy blog land! Real busy. First we got the call that Kai was on his way anytime so we packed up and headed out. He arrived long before we did of course. Kai weighed 8 lb. and 8 oz. and has lots of dark hair. I'd say he was a little over done. He was comfy in there and he thought he would just stay a little longer so he did. When he decided to come out he did not waste any time. Viola! He arrived with a full head of hair.
We visited the mountain home of my daughter and it was precious besides the scenery being absolutely beautiful. I never did see a coyote though they are rumored to be around.
I stocked up on my favorite syrup "Dixie Craft" syrup that I have eaten on biscuits made by my grandmother, mother and aunts all my life. It's part of my story so every time I find a store that stocks it I try to buy as much as I can fit in my car. This time only 12 bottles would fit. You would have to see my car. It was packed. I digress . . .
So, once we see the newly born Kai and ooo and ahhh over him we head out to pick up some baby things and fall into.... camouflage world. See Camo Post!
