Camoflage is the "new" Khaki

Arkansas has more camouflage than the rest of the world I am sure. It's like the epicenter for camouflage. I saw so much I started trying to find the funniest camo items. So, the hunt began.  We found really hip clothes, shoes and handbags right nest to little dresses with lace collars and camo fabric. I found shoes in camo. Everything, including but not limited to flip flops, stilletos, flats, grunge, heels, babys shoes, little girls mary janes, tennis shoes, boots similar to Uggs, cosboy camo boots, hunting boots and last but not least baby booties. I found handbags, jewelry, lingerie, children's clothing for play and dress up and then we stopped at a baby boutique.
Oh my! We found teeny little baby clothes in teeny little camo. There was a hang up bag for baby clothes and you guessed it the fabric was camo. There were darling little gowns for newborns in pink, blue and camo. They won the prize.

When we headed back I thought we were done with camo.

Britney and I head back with three children in the back of the Blazer. The Curly Girl, Eli in the middle and The Boy on the other side.
It's about 6 hours door to door and about a third of the way back I hear this whop whop whop from the rear of the car. Yup it's a flat. The back of the car is loaded to the gills. The tire is luckily under the car. The tools are not.
Britney, bless her heart, having experience, opens the tool bin and starts by removing the lug nuts and puts them in the hub cap. Her dad taught her well.

About that time behind me a voice says "You ladies need some help? Yep, I said the my friend here that I wouldn't stop for no man but I always stop for a lady." I turn around and see two men between 60-70 years old. One in 'ralls and one in jeans and yep you guessed it they had on some camo and their shoes were looking real good in camo. I wanted to shout "I love camo!" during the tire changing we learned one had cancer 4 times and a heart attack and the other...  well he looked like he was older. The younger one had to stop because his face got real red and he was short of breath. I began looking for CPR instructions in the First Aid kit.  They changed our tire in no time flat, accepted our hugs and thank yous and prayers for good fishing then drove off down the interstate to find parts for their boat motor. Bless their fishing Lord!

So now that I'm a Camo convert here is a link to the best camo store online. They have everything camo that you can imagine. I'm off top shop!
